HR and Recruitment Manager
Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an HR and Recruitment Manager.
The HR and Recruitment Manager will join our team in Tel Aviv District, Israel.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing both the recruitment process and overall human resources functions, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while fostering a positive work environment. This is a full-time hybrid role, meaning some work flexibility in the form of remote work is acceptable. The manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment process and managing the human resources department. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as the HR Manager will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including recruitment and employee relations
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven experience with change management and transformation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proven track record in attracting and retaining top talent
- Ability to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strengthen the employer brand
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Highly motivated, proactive professional who can multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
