Gimmonix is a global travel technology company and an advanced hotel sales platform. We provide optimization solutions to OTAs worldwide. We are hiring an Operations Manager to own booking integrity and operational excellence at scale.

🔍 About the Role: This is a hands-on, mission-critical role at the intersection of technology, clients, and verification teams. As Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end operational correctness and integrity of bookings across RateFox and other domains of our ecosystem, with full ownership over booking verification, exceptions, and client-facing communication.

🧠 What You’ll Own

• Bookings Verification: End-to-end lifecycle management (automated & manual).
• Booking Accuracy: Ensuring the correctness of room types, policies, and confirmations.
• Team Management: Management of distributed operational teams.
• Communication: Operational communication with clients, hotels, bedbanks, and wholesalers.
• Exception Handling: Managing exceptions, downgrades, discrepancies, and claims.
• Metrics: Ownership of Operational KPIs, SLA.
• Improvement: Translating operational challenges into product & automation improvements

🛠 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in OTA / hotel distribution/travel tech operations.
• Strong understanding of hotel booking-related operational flows.
• Experience managing distributed operational teams or call centers.
• Data-driven mindset (KPIs, dashboards, reporting).
• Ability to operate in real-time, high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication skills and operational judgment
