What You’ll Do
- Close high-value deals with OTAs, TMCs, and travel wholesalers.
- Build & lead a sales team while remaining a hands-on contributor.
- Develop & refine sales strategies, go-to-market execution, and positioning.
- Drive new revenue & expansion—owning the number and smashing targets.
- Shape processes & optimize sales ops, leveraging data for better forecasting.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to fine-tune messaging and accelerate growth.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (travel tech, hospitality tech, or API-driven software is a plus).
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals & leading sales teams.
- Strong leadership & coaching skills—you sell, mentor, and inspire.
- Execution-focused & data-driven—you move fast, iterate, and optimize.
- Experience with HubSpot & sales analytics tools.
