What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

Design and execute a go-to-market strategy that accelerates RateFox’s adoption across OTAs, TMCs, tour operators, and travel wholesalers.

Shape and iterate our sales motion as we navigate new markets, refine positioning, and develop scalable playbooks.

Identify and drive strategic sales opportunities, including enterprise deals, channel partnerships, and new revenue streams.

Partner with C-level leadership to align sales execution with business growth objectives
Building & Leading a High-Performance Sales Team

Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and high-impact execution.

Lead from the front—whether it’s closing key deals, optimizing processes, or rolling up your sleeves to solve challenges with the team.

Drive accountability, transparency, and continuous learning within the team.

Implement sales methodologies and data-driven performance tracking to optimize team effectiveness.
Revenue Growth & Business Development

Own the revenue number—drive both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Lead high-stakes enterprise negotiations with major travel tech players.

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to fine-tune messaging, competitive positioning, and GTM strategies.

Ensure fast feedback loops between sales and product to adapt quickly based on market response.
Execution, Agility & Sales Operations

Create structure in an unstructured environment—build scalable processes while maintaining agility.

Leverage data and analytics to optimize pipeline management, conversion rates, and forecasting.

Drive CRM (HubSpot) discipline to ensure strong pipeline visibility and accurate sales reporting.

Regularly report sales performance, learnings, and market insights to the executive team.
What You Bring
Experience & Background

6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally in travel tech, hospitality tech, or API-driven software.

Proven ability to scale sales teams and processes in high-growth environments—you’ve done this before.

Hands-on experience with enterprise sales, including long, consultative sales cycles, complex deal negotiations, and multi-stakeholder selling.

Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
